Assignment of image rights for Customer Testimonials:
I expressly declare to authorize the transfer of image and/or sound rights to the company Motorline Electrocelos S.A., thus allowing the processing of images and/or sound, obtained through photographs, videos and/or voice recordings, which treatment may include its reproduction, editing and publication, for various purposes, namely for external communications of Motorline Electrocelos, S.A. (including, in particular, exhibition in physical and/or digital format at institutional events of Motorline Electrocelos, S.A.; dissemination on the website, in social networks, and/or in newsletters, posters, flyers, advertising videos, institutional pamphlets and other similar media of Motorline Electrocelos, S.A.; publicity in the press and/or within the scope of social actions in which Motorline Electrocelos, S.A. may participate).
I expressly certify that I am the owner of the rights relating to all images and sound transferred here, or, in cases where I am not, I confirm that I have obtained the necessary consent for their capture, processing, dissemination and reproduction from their owner.
The sole purpose of the dissemination of image and sound by Motorline Electrocelos, S.A is to promote the activities carried out by it, as well as to publicize the services provided by the company without resulting in any harm to its customers and employees.
Please be informed that, within the scope of the provisions of article 7, no. 3 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) no. 679/2016 of 27 April), you may, at any time, oppose this processing, leaving Motorline Electrocelos, S.A to carry out any further processing after such opposition, which does not invalidate the processing of data carried out up to the date of such opposition, based on the consent previously given.
