Thinking about safety and increasing productivity in Industry, we developed a rapid door that repairs itself automatically – the FIX self-repairing rapid door.
The growth of the industry in recent years has contributed to the evolution of the market for automatic rapid doors, which guarantee safety, efficient access to industrial facilities and greater agility in production processes.
Developed for intensive use, this door integrates a system that repairs itself when the tarpaulin jumps out from the lateral guides. This is possible through the profiles developed and tested, so that it always works with maximum security.
How does the system work?
When the tarpaulin is impacted and jumps out, the self-repair system on the way up forces the tarpaulin back into place.
This feature avoids the need for a specialized technician to repair the door and thus saves time and financial resources.
Watch the video below and see how the door works:
What are the construction differences compared to conventional doors?
Features an opening for tarpaulin re-entry
The lateral guides have openings so that, when the door is opened, the tarpaulin can re-enter the lateral guides, staying in the correct position and ready to close.
Zip closing system eliminates the need for horizontal reinforcement struts
Through a Zip closing system applied to the lateral guides of the tarpaulin, it is no longer necessary to use reinforcement struts.
These automatic rapid doors, such as the FIX, can be installed in the most diverse industrial segments, such as: food distribution centers, railways, construction, among others.
