Day-to-day life in an industry is always at a fast pace and accidents sometimes happen. It was with this type of situation in mind that we developed the self-repairing high-speed door. It is a door where the tarp repairs itself automatically, if it leaves the guides, as can happen in certain incidents, for example, a forklift moves over the door absently. In reality, it will not prevent any of these events, but there is no need for a specialized technician to repair the door. This way, you will be reducing costs and saving a lot of time.
How is this door prepared for this type of situation?
It is an intensive use door, which repairs itself when the tarp moves outside the guides. This is possible thanks to the lateral fixation of the tarp through springs, complemented by special profiles, so that it works with maximum safety.
Watch in this video how it works:
Has an opening for reentry of the tarp
The side guides have openings so that, when opening the door, the tarp can enter the guides again, staying in the correct position and ready to close.
Zip closure system eliminates the need for horizontal sleepers
Through a zip closure system applied to the sides of the tarp, the use of sleepers is no longer necessary.
