Characteristics

The KVM 300 Series range automates sectional doors up to 40m², combining robustness, security and silent operation.

Available in the versions KVM305 and KVM310 (36V, compatible with backup batteries) and KVM315 (with high torque for heavy doors), it integrates a brushless motor with absolute encoder, guaranteeing maximum precision and low maintenance requirements.

kvm300

BLDC motor with Absolute Encoder

The brushless motor (BLDC) guarantees high efficiency, long life and low heat, integrating an absolute encoder for precise movements and reliable positioning. With soft start and stop, it reduces mechanical effort and ensures silent operation.

The reinforced torque of the KVM315 version moves heavy doors with stability, even in intensive use, while the KVM305/KVM310 at 36 V versions allow for backup batteries in the event of a power failure. Brushless, it requires less maintenance and minimises mechanical wear.

Integrated power control board

MC94-300 (KVM305 and KVM310) or MC95-300 (KVM315) internal power control board responsible for managing the motor, supplying the energy needed for it to work and ensuring communication with the control board MC93-300.

Lever with unlocking rope

The KVM includes 6 metres of rope connected to the lever, making it easy and practical to unlock the motor, even from a distance.

In the event of a power failure, the motor can be operated manually using the ropes with coloured terminals:

Green terminal: Unlocks the motor for manual door operation;

Red terminal: Re-locks the motor for automatic operation.

Electronic control board
MC93-300

The MC93-300 is a low-voltage control board that combines security, connectivity and easy maintenance.

It operates at 12Vdc (touch-safe), with low standby consumption in accordance with Ecodesign 2023/826. It is compatible with electric locks and MCONNECT LINK, as well as an LCD touch screen for quick and intuitive configuration.

Security and compliance

Compatible with electric anti-lift lock (EF25).
Inputs for photocells, 8k2 safety edges and optical edge (OSE); in the event of an obstacle, movement is immediately stopped.
12Vdc architecture, touch-safe and with low standby consumption, in accordance with Ecodesign 2023/826.

Connectivity and control

MCONNECT LINK: allows you to program opening/closing times, receive alerts in real time and check histories on your smartphone.
RJ45: guarantees stable communication with the motor and MC94-300/MC95-300 control boards.
Integrated radio receiver: flexible memory for up to 200 total transmitters, or 100 total + 100 pedestrian.

Easy installation and maintenance

LCD touchscreen with intuitive interface and quick parameterisation.
Error log and event history with date/time, facilitating diagnosis and reducing service time.
