Compatibility with MMR15 Module

Compatible with the MMR15 receiver module, allows integration of wireless safety systems, such as safety edges, using emitters like the MX14.
A practical solution that removes wiring and simplifies installation.

Error log

The system stores a detailed history of errors, including date and time of occurrence, facilitating diagnosis and maintenance.

Adjustable Date and Time

The internal clock can be adjusted or synchronised with a mobile device, ensuring accurate records.

Course Programming & Speed Control

Enables flexible course configuration, with manual or automatic adjustment based on installation requirements.
Up/down speed and acceleration/deceleration ramps can be set to ensure smooth, safe movement tailored to each application.

Integrated Radio Receiver

Receiver on the 433.92 MHz frequency, with capacity for up to 200 transmitters.

Can be configured in two modes:

Mode 1: up to 200 total opening transmitters

Mode 2: up to 100 total opening transmitters and 100 pedestrian opening transmitters

With a built-in inverter and interactive touch screen, it allows precise control and continuous monitoring of all safety devices — such as photocells, safety edges, and obstacle detection systems — ensuring immediate response to any system anomaly.

Safety and Convenience

Limit switches and encoders

The control board supports different course detection methods: two limit switches (opening/closing with working time) or four limit switches (stop and start of deceleration).

For greater accuracy, encoders can be used:

Absolute: allows immediate adjustment without manual readjustments;

Quadrature: replaces working time with pulse counting.

Brake Resistor Input

Dedicated input for connecting a brake resistor, allowing the dissipation of regenerated energy during the deceleration of high-inertia motors.

This protection prevents voltage rise on the bus (DC BUS), ensuring safe and stable inverter operation.

Multifunction Outputs

Configurable outputs for gate status indication, error signalling, flashing light or electric brake control, among other functions. They provide real-time system feedback and allow the activation of external devices — essential for applications requiring monitoring, signalling, or integration with auxiliary systems.

Compatible with MCONNECT LINK

Remote management and control of the control board, making configurations and maintenance easier from a distance.

Remote access via Wi-Fi: Monitor the control board’s performance in real time, quickly detect issues, and implement solutions;

Ease of configuration: Configure all the control board parameters intuitively and quickly;

View detailed action history: Records the door movements, providing a useful history for optimize the system;

Compatibility with various modules

The MC415 electronic control board is fully compatible with the MM415COM-RS485 communication module, allowing for extended functionalities and advanced control integration, especially in systems with multiple doors or interconnected units.

This module enables features such as:

Interlock Function: Blocks the movement of other doors simultaneously;
Master/Slave Function: Allows simultaneous control of a second unit from the main one.

By connecting the MM90-RGB module, it is possible to supply power to the LEDs externally or internally. When powered externally, it is possible to supply greater power to the LEDs, up to 20W in each of the outputs.
